“The Art of Letterpress II” is a celebration of the fine art of letterpress. This is our second installment of this series and will further explore modern ways of using letterpress as well as traditional methods. Artists are encouraged to submit work made within the last 2 years.DEADLINE:

HOW TO ENTER:
-Enter by October 15th, 2013
-email submissions@thecompoundgallery.com
-put ART OF LETTERPRESS in the subject line of your email
-attach up to 5 low res images of your work(s)
-include the following details for each image (title, dimensions, year produced, media, retail price) in the email body or as a pdf attachment.
-please make sure you are able to drop off/pick up work during designated times before you apply.
-selected works must be framed or in an acid free protective sleeve. Unframed selected works on paper will be put in our print rack.
-NO ENTRY FEE

Submission Deadline: Midnight Tuesday, October 15th, 2013
Notification emailed: Friday, November 1st, 2013
Work drop off: Tuesday, November 5th, 6-9pm
Show dates: November 9th-December 15th, 2013
Opening Reception: Saturday, November 9th, 6-9pm
Closing Tea: Sunday, December 15th, 3-6pm
Work Pick up: Monday, December 16th, 6-9pm and Tuesday, December 17th 6-9pm
GALLERY HOURS: Thursday-Sunday 12-6pm
